Today was a fun day!

We had some outside time, did some creating and building during math and went on a sight word hunt in our classroom library!

Informational (Expert) Writing Unit

Today was the launch of our new writing unit-- Informational Writing. During this unit kids will be writing about things they are experts on. Later we will begin doing research to become experts on new topics!

We created a list of some things we are already experts on and then the kids created their new informational writing folders.

Room 3 is FULL of experts --and talented artists!
